VICTOR PASSUCCI
Owner/Stylist
Victor believes lifestyle, physical characteristics and natural texture are essential to creating a peronsalized style. Before picking up his scissors, Victor's in-depth consultations give him the opportunity to identify with each client. "Listening," he feels, is an important part of his success.

Victor's eye for style has been influenced by two of the industry's best. He began his career at the Frederic Fekkai Salon in New York in 1993. He began as an assistant and then was promoted to stylist. He continued his advanced training with the Jacques Dessange group in New York and in Paris. Today, continuing training and education play a major role in Victor's philosophy as a salon owner. He has created and directs an in-salon training program, working closely with his staff and encouraging them to acheive their personal best.

JESSICA RODRIGUES
Stylist
Jessica began her career as an assistant to Victor. She has evolved into a talented stylist and blow-dry specialist. Her blow dries bring out beautiful shine and texture in the hair. She is the latest of several previous assistants to Victor to earn great success on the salon floor.

VERA NURJA
Colorist, Certified Keratin Technician

Vera specializes in Balayage, the art of hair painting. She has trained extensively with L'Oreal Professional and creates a personally designed color for each client. Clients frequently compliment her wonderful color as well as her absolute, thorough attention to service. Vera has been with VP Salon for more than five years.

ALLA SHPARBER
Manicurist/Esthetician

Alla gives special attention to providing a gentle and flawless manicure, pedicure and waxing service. She is a Licensed Clinical Nail (LCN) specialist and joined VP Salon to take her work to the next level.

BARBARA RACVKOWSKA
Manicurist/Esthetician

Barbara has more than thirty years' experience as a manicure, pedicure and waxing specialist. She has attracted a loyal following with her competence and personal manner. Her impeccable work has been a great addition to our team
